Shipping & Returns


*Return/ Refund:

Items purchased on our website can be returned only if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving your order. You must first contact us at customerservice@littlebabygenie.com and then a return authorization number will be issued. An item is eligible for return only from the original purchaser who placed the order. Further, the item must be in the original packaging, unused, not damaged, and in resealable condition. If an item is returned without the original packaging or returned incomplete a 20% restocking fee will be applied. A refund will be issued upon receipt of a returned item in an amount equivalent to the value of the item(s) paid at time of purchase less the actual cost of shipping and handling that was incurred by Little Baby Genie. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs which includes cost of original shipment to customer and cost of return of items. Little Baby Genie is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.

*To cancel an order:

Email us at customerservice@littlebabygenie.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel an order and provide us with the order number. Items already shipped will not be able to be canceled please see our Return Policy.

 

*Damaged & Defective Items:

Little Baby Genie  makes every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days to report the problem. After 3 days, Little Baby Genie cannot replace damaged items. ***Please note that we DO NOT accept damaged product caused by customer.   

 

*Refusal of Delivery:

Any order that is refused upon delivery will be assessed a $20.00 fee and the customer is liable for all costs that incurred during the delivery process.

 

*Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is returned to Little Baby Genie because of incorrect shipping information, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of return as well as cost of re-shipment.

 

*Fees:

Little Baby Genie will not be responsible for any fees or finance charges you may incur by your banking institution or delivery provider.

 

*Little Baby Genie reserves the right to makes changes at any time to the terms & conditions of sale.  Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on this webpage.
